EXAMPLES OF OUR WORK
Delineated Price Corridors & Discounting for PK12 Educational Software, Materials, & PD
Tuscany conducted price research to help the client understand how its portfolio of products fit into the marketplace. Tuscany created a proprietary price database for the client, securing hundreds of contracts obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and public searches.
The database & analysis yielded rich insights into the competitive prices, license structure, and discount strategies. Further, it mapped the underlying market structure and price corridors for specific offering types. As a result, the client re-evaluated its pricing and contract structures across multiple product lines.
Online Assessment Implementation & Technology Upgrade for 22 Campuses
Tuscany led the project management and infrastructure upgrade for a 22 campus, network of preK-8 schools seeking to transition from paper to simultaneous, online testing for 7,000 students. The organization successfully executed a switch to simultaneous online testing meeting a time-critical schedule. The engagement also instituted templatized project plans for teacher training and IT.
